The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. The dining options were also impressive. Each meal had a variety of flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the restaurant ambiance added to the overall dining experience. However, I did notice that the pool area could benefit from some renovation. While the pool itself was functional and clean, the surrounding facilities felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh to match the high standards of service and dining. In summary, [Resort Name] offers excellent food and service, making it a wonderful place to stay. With a few updates to the pool area, it has the potential to become truly outstanding. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and enjoyed its proximity to the pool and the restaurant. Our kids loved the lazy river. The landscaping was perfect for creating privacy on our terrace and giving the resort a tropical feel. Our villa was spacious, clean and comfortable, and equipped with most things we’d need if we decided to self cater instead of eating out. It was perfect for families of four. Our children loved the towel animals left by housekeeping. There was a good selection of international food available at breakfast. The location was excellent, close to the Grand Mall, a short taxi ride/hotel shuttle to the beach and within an hour of all the main attractions.

However, I would like to point out that the rooms are in need of some maintenance, as they appear a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Additionally, I experienced a day of disturbance from outside noise, with the sound of cars being very disruptive. I hope they continue to improve their services, upgrade the facilities, and address noise issues to maintain the hotel's reputation as a great place to stay.

He met us upon checking and showed us around the hotel and also met us and bid a fond farewell.The rooms are clean and beautiful.The housekeeping team is very good quick service.Also the room services is good. Breakfast was good and saqib was very attentive too at breakfast area.Nehal from travel desk was good he assisted us with tours and rent a car. Overall a beautiful stay we enjoyed our time in salaha. We recommended this hotel to all travelers.
